Experienced finance executive to accelerate growth agenda, digitalization, and strategic development
Dortmund, 27 November 2025 – The proLogistik Group announces that Katharina Grasser assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on 15 October 2025.
Katharina Grasser holds a degree in business administration and brings extensive experience from the software, technology, and private equity sectors. She began her career at Nordenia International AG before joining the Eucon Group in 2015, where she held several key positions in finance. In 2021, she was appointed to the management board, serving as Group CFO and overseeing all financial steering activities. Most recently, she was CFO of the F24 Group, a leading SaaS provider for crisis and incident management.
In her new role at proLogistik Group, Grasser will assume overall responsibility for financial management, risk management, and the strategic financial planning of the corporate group. She will also play a pivotal role in executing the company’s growth strategy, with a particular focus on digitalization, operational efficiency, sustainable investments, and the continued professionalization of financial processes.
