Jörg Sänger hands over operational leadership after 19 years and moves to the Advisory Board as Chairman
Dortmund, may 6, 2026 – proLogistik Group, a leading provider of warehouse management and transport software in Europe, has appointed César Flores Rodríguez as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 1, 2026. He succeeds Jörg Sänger, who has played a decisive role in shaping the company since its founding and will now serve as Chairman of the Advisory Board.

About César Flores Rodríguez
César Flores Rodríguez brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the international B2B software industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Division Officer at Nemetschek Group, where he was responsible for the company’s largest division, generating approximately EUR 500 million in revenue and EUR 145 million in EBITDA. In parallel, he held the position of CEO of ALLPLAN.
Prior to this, he drove European expansion as Managing Director at Radius Telecom, served as a member of the Executive Board at NFON, and held the role of COO at Aconex EMEA, which was later acquired by Oracle. As co-founder and CEO of Conject, he successfully built a company in the real estate software sector and led it to an exit. César Flores Rodríguez is a German-Spanish citizen and has in-depth knowledge of European markets.

Jörg Sänger led proLogistik Group as Managing Director for 19 years and made a significant contribution to its development. Under his leadership, the company grew from a German software provider into a European group with more than 750 employees, locations in five countries, and over 3,600 customers.
As Chairman of the Advisory Board, he will continue to support the company and its majority shareholder, Elvaston Capital, in an advisory capacity.
