The modular, data-driven platform combines Warehouse Management (WMS), Transport Management (TMS), Business Intelligence (BI), and the AI Control Center into a single user interface.
One platform instead of siloed solutions
Single Sign-On (SSO), role-based access control (RBAC), and centralized master data management reduce interface complexity, enhance transparency, and accelerate decision-making throughout the entire supply chain. The foundation is a data warehouse that consolidates information from both proLogistik systems and third-party applications (e.g., ERP), providing a unified and actionable data foundation.

Modernization without a system overhaul
Following the principle ‘connect instead of replace’ customers can integrate their existing systems with proLogistik NEO without the need for a complete migration. This allows immediate use of modern BI and AI tools. Full modernization of the IT landscape then takes place step by step—reducing project risks, ensuring planning reliability, and shortening time-to-value.
Data warehouse as the central hub
At the heart of the platform is the proLogistik Group’s data warehouse, which consolidates data from WMS and TMS as well as ERP, CRM, and MES systems. This gives users a unified data foundation for BI analyses and AI-based recommendations—including custom KPIs, trend analyses, and near real-time or batch processing. Centralized master data reduces redundant data entry and maintenance and increases transparency in reporting and data management.
The BI tool within the proLogistik NEO platform provides interactive, role-based dashboards with drill-down capabilities, making data visible from high-level overviews down to the finest details. This makes decisions more traceable, KPIs more consistent, and insights more cross-functional.
Smart AI Control Center simplifies daily operations
The AI Control Center combines the power of artificial intelligence and business intelligence, offering customers two specialized agents:
The AI Control Agent answers questions directly within the system—via chat, without the need for support or documentation. Queries such as “How many open inbound orders do I currently have?” are resolved instantly. The agent also provides key warehouse KPIs and proactively warns of defined deviations while delivering context-based recommendations for logistics processes. This saves significant time and reduces costs.
The AI Optimizer simulates scenarios using a “digital twin” of the warehouse and evaluates alternatives for predictive process control.
Platform with high service standards
For structured data exchange with customers and partners, proLogistik NEO includes an integrated EDI hub—the pLG Supply Chain Connector. Also embedded is a training academy that simplifies onboarding, training, and daily operations through e-learning modules.
The platform is hosted in Germany (e.g., Frankfurt am Main region). proLogistik NEO complies with GDPR and aligns with BSI C5 standards for cloud security.
In addition to software, the proLogistik Group also provides industrial hardware (e.g., pro-V-pad industrial PCs), including services—for faster rollouts, reduced fewer system breaks, and unified support.
