Digital order management

Drivers use mobile Android devices to record the order status and times, photo verification, container fill level, scale data and much more for each order via Bacode or RFID scan. This data is available centrally in real time.

Container management: positions and fill levels of containers & bins

Telemetry data

Telemetry data for efficient fleet management provides all relevant data, for example on vehicle locations, maintenance requirements, fuel consumption, driving behaviour and also records auxiliary drives (special attachments on vehicles such as presses) in order to document their wear and ensure that these devices are working properly.

Compliance Management

Whether certificates of recovery, waste disposal documents, destruction certificates, consignment notes, transfer notes, transport documents – all documents are available digitally at any time for legal and administrative requirements and can be signed forgery-proof on mobile devices.

AI-supported route planning

efficiently delivers the most favourable routes, taking into account a variety of individually configurable vehicle restrictions, time windows and, of course, the capacity of the vehicles. Empty journeys and CO2 emissions are reduced. Of course, manual intervention in route planning is also possible. A graphical display shows vehicle routes at a glance so that you can react quickly and proactively to unforeseen events or changes in the process.

The pLG TMS maps all transport and route-planning processes in waste management companies – from collection to container and bin management through to reporting. This includes mobile order processing, telematics data, digital documentation and real-time status tracking.

With this module you can manage container locations, fill levels, GPS or NFC markings, and perform photo documentation and material verification (e.g. via NFC tags).

The pLG TMS supports the digital, audit-proof documentation of disposal certificates, accompanying documents, destruction certificates, driver licence checks and more – ensuring full compliance and traceability.

Yes. The system considers vehicle and container capacities, auxiliary equipment (e.g. compacting bodies) and offers live monitoring as well as dynamic adjustments in case of disruptions or changes.

Driver apps enable status messages, photos, bin scans and digital signatures. Vehicles automatically send telematics data (e.g. location, fuel consumption, auxiliary drives), which can be evaluated directly within the system.

It offers interfaces to waste management and disposal management systems (e.g. AWS), supports electronic invoicing (eInvoice/XRechnung) and can be flexibly integrated into your existing IT landscape.
